This October marks our 8th Annual Hallowheels event where wheelchairs and walkers become enchanted vehicles, taking children on a magical journey of creativity and fun.

One of our key fundraising campaigns, Hallowheels is a unique event that engages families in transforming their children’s wheelchairs and walkers into creative costumes, showcasing the children’s imagination and abilities. Pictures of each costume are posted on-line during Halloween week. Supporters are asked to make a $1.00 donation for each vote for their favorite costumes.

Hallowheels isn’t just an event; it’s a celebration of spirit, resilience, and endless possibilities. Your sponsorship not only supports this unique event but brings smiles, hope, and joy to countless children and their families.

• Unique children’s costumes crafted by families, with instructional videos and framing kits available.
• Local Hallowheels festivities for showcasing costumes and celebrating children.
• Online costume showcase, where followers can vote for their favorite designs. Every vote becomes a dollar donation, directly supporting C.A.T.S.’s assistive technology program.

• Ghost ($100): Recognition on social media, press releases, website, and small size listing on event flier.
• Goblin ($250): All Ghost benefits, plus a sponsor spotlight on our platforms and a medium-size listing on the event flier.
• Witches Brew ($500): All Goblin benefits, plus sponsor spotlight on our platforms and a large-size listing on the event flyer.
• Haunted Mansion ($1,000): All Witches Brew benefits, plus a large listing on the event flier.
• Scarecrow ($5,000): All Haunted Mansion benefits, plus a commemorative photo album of the event.
• Great Pumpkin (Lead Sponsor) ($10,000): All Scarecrow benefits, plus your company name in the event title, a plaque commemorating the winner, and an optional photo opportunity during the check presentation.

Every sponsorship dollar is used judiciously. Funds cover event costs, including framing kits, prizes, venue hosting, photos, and transportation. Any surplus directly supports C.A.T.S. operations, ensuring more children benefit from our services.
